They confidently promised that the work would be completed before 4:00 PM, which provided much-needed peace of mind. After dropping the car off, I waited for an update. Sure enough, at 3:30 PM, I received a call notifying me that my car was ready to go—ahead of schedule! Their efficiency and professionalism left me incredibly impressed. To add to the positive experience, the price for the service was remarkably affordable, showcasing their commitment to providing quality and value to their customers. The outstanding customer service extended beyond the technical work, creating an inviting and pleasant atmosphere. Fitted the battery for the fob , told me when I have time, to bring the spare fob, and they will replace that battery for me as well. No complaints. Left satisfied with service provided.”

“Reese was an absolute star - arrived quickly, super friendly, handled my car very carefully and we had a nice chat on the way back. Pushed my car with me behind the wheel to get it parked up outside my house. Honestly would give more stars if I could. “Majority of the time never had a problem. One thing I will say is that this firm desperately need to start providing their drivers with card readers. I was forced to get a taxi to Manchester from Middleton for work, as the buses weren’t running as they should. I’ve just had to get out mid journey to withdraw cash from a machine that charges £1.99. So I’ve been forced to pay a £15 taxi then pay £1.99 for the trouble of withdrawing cash just to suit the company’s ignorance. This day and age it’s absolutely incredible that you can’t pay for a taxi with a card. Lovely drivers and clean cars most of the time, and lovely people on the phones, and they turn up when they say they will.”
