“I hired Travel Prestige Chauffeur for my nephew’s wedding. I contacted them 3 weeks before the wedding. They did not take any money until I had seen the car and I was happy. Once I had seen in, they only took an initial deposit. I paid the full amount on the day of the event. They were extremely reasonably priced and they had cars that other local hire companies didn’t. There was a small problem with my online banking which meant payment wanted instant however they were we very understanding and communicated immediately once they had received the payment. The day before the event, they contacted me to confirm details . They were punctual, incredibly friendly and accommodating. “Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”
