“Beautiful location and residents”

“I stayed at the Imperial Salford Hotel for three days and overall had a very good experience. The room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The service was generally good, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. A special thanks goes to T, who made a noticeable difference with their friendliness and helpful attitude. It was truly appreciated and made the stay a bit better. All in all, a place I’m happy to recommend and would consider visiting again.”

“Chelsey was very friendly and seemed really invested in the welfare of our two guinea pigs, asking lots of questions about their likes and dislikes, as well as their behaviour. She did a great job cutting their nails and they seemed quite content when I picked them up. It was also nice to see photos of them on Facebook while we were away. Will definitely return!”

“Clippers Quay has been my home for nearly a year. This is a great place to live in. Firstly, it is mainly due to the very high standard professional reception team. The members of the reception team are very friendly, helpful and supportive. With them, it makes living in Clippers Quay a joy, save and feel at home. Many appreciations have to given to Darren, Leila Lam and Tyler. They are brilliant and helpful in all aspects. Thank you! Secondly, it is Clipper Quay’s location. So convenient cause it is easy to get on the public transportation, within 10 mins walk to supermarkets in WhiteCity shopping center, beautiful waterside for a walk and close by to the city center. Lastly, the apartments are spacious and adequately furnished. The maintenance services are also very good.”

“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“I have just finished the 12 days adventure with Camp Thailand ran by reps Annabel and Tao. Had a fantastic time, very well organised and can’t speak highly enough of the pair of them for the work they do. Just lovely people! The tour itself allowed for plenty of free time along with pre-planned activities which meant we were kept busy but not too worn out!”

“We had the 5 course tasting menu and as soon as we had the first course, instantly regretted not having the 12 course. Everything we ate was absolutely fantastic, we luckily sat at a table right next to the kitchen and was incredible to see the chefs at work. We were even given a complimentary dessert course which was a lovely touch. We felt so cared for by the staff, they were amazing at every point. “Having stayed at the Treehouse London I was looking forward to trying the newer and larger Treehouse Manchester. I decided to book the hotel as value was good at time of booking and location next to shopping centre and short walk to Aviva Studios was ideal. The room was very comfortable, large and well appointed with amenities needed for my short stay. Wider hotel had lots to offer as well with well equipped gym, plenty of spots to dine and drink and even a movie theatre. Will certainly be considering a future stay and visit to this hotel.”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

“The staff are very friendly and open-minded. The room itself is very nice and has been renovated, and the bathroom has also been modernized. High praise for the ladies down at the bar, which also serves as the reception desk. On my first evening, I asked for a new room because the ventilation was too loud, and I was promptly given a new one. Breakfast was good aswell. A good experience :-)”

“I’ve lived at Slate Yard for the last 3 years and every minute has been a pleasure. The apartments are perfect- great location, clean and superb communal areas. The team at the front desk are special- always checking in with a friendly hello. At slate yard you really feel at home. I’m moving to London for work but will always have such fond memories at Slate Yard. Thank you everyone”

“For anyone looking for somewhere to eat that's a bit quieter than The Dockyard you'll like this and be pleasantly surprised at how it's not much more expensive. Every time I'm here the food looks and tastes great, the staff are friendly and I always feel welcome as its relaxed atmosphere is streets away from the boistrousness of nearby venues. Watch out for match day offers, happy hour and other decent offers.”

“Lovely staff - huge compliments to the wonderful GiGi in their head offices, she really went out of her way to discuss things and ensure everything was as we needed it to be. Alberto, one of the supervisors is also fabulous, incredibly welcoming and helped us to feel at home here and also compliments to Moe in the on site office who assisted with parking and is always happy to help everyone! We're at the Trafford location; the apartments are modern and chic, incredibly clean and really spacious - brilliant! Gabriella”
