Have been to another place the owner had before this shop to find my granddaughter a bracket and got a perfect 1 for her that has a butterfly on it absolutely perfect. So when my daughter wanted a bracelet for her birthday then we wanted to go to the same jewellers so we went to his new place and it was definitely worth the trip. She looked at some that were on display then asked to look at a couple and was shown them and got passed the 2 she liked too have a closer look. She chose 1 of them so both times I've been they've had exactly what I have wanted.”

“Got my mum a fossilised coral ring for her birthday, she's very into fossils and loved the ring, great craftsmanship and a lovely bit of coral! Came packaged really nice and neatly with a nice ring box to go with it. Ready to give to her straight away as a gift. Communication was very easy and helpful from a very nice and genuine man! “I initially came across Lily Arkwright online while searching for a wedding ring for my wife. After seeing a ring I liked, I booked an appointment at the Manchester branch. I had a 15-20 minute meeting with Klaudia who was incredibly helpful in providing information on the different types of diamond rings available and I placed my order. The timescales were a little tight before the wedding and still the ring arrived with plenty of time to spare and I was constantly updated on the progress of the order. The ring was exactly as expected and my wife loved it. We revisited the branch after the wedding for a small size adjustment free of charge and also decided to have the ring engraved. Again, the service was seamless and the ring was delivered again, much earlier than the estimated arrival date. If anyone is considering a ring for a special occasion, I cannot recommend Lily Arkwright enough. Seamless from start to finish and incredible customer service - a flawless experience.”

“Mark and Vicky looked after my brother since late 2021 when he couldn't manage on his own. As well has cleaning his home they washed his clothing, bedding etc. On a more recent occasion when my brother had a fall prior to going into a care home they carried out a deep clean of the accommodation and the house clearance after giving notice of his tenancy agreement. In addition they did his shopping, providing receipts for every purchase they made. Living remotely they were a god send, as I was unable to carry out the support they provided and don’t know what I’d have done without them. “Katie did a fantastic job with our end-of-tenancy clean. The tenant had left the property in an absolutely horrendous state, but Katie quickly took care of everything. Her communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. She arranged for rubbish and furniture to be removed and disposed of, followed by a deep clean—all at short notice. The transformation was incredible—the place was a million times better afterwards! I will be recommending Katie and Maids of Cheshire to all my friends and family.”

All communication with Hollie running up to the day was a breeze, even when MOB and MOG couldn't decide what colours they wanted their corsages to be! Nothing was a problem. I've also never seen such an array of flower species all in one bundle before! Hollie also managed to source tulips, in August! (Dutch background, so this was incredible), which we never expected to be possible. Hollie was with us bright and early on the day, gave clear instructions, and set up the venue perfectly.
