“The women here have always treated me with genuine kindness and compassion, and understanding to my shift patterns/quietness. I have an ongoing health condition(Diabetes) and have experienced frequent acute issues, so I visit quite regularly with intermittent prescriptions that also depend on different run out times, but they’ve never made me feel like a burden or been anything other than friendly and familiar. Even when something hasn’t been in stock or there’s alternative options, or it’s busy, they’ve always taken the time to remember me and explain. I truly appreciate them and the care they provide at this pharmacy, and I’ll be sad to leave once I move. The best pharmacy I’ve had so far, and truly a good team that try their best.”

Whether I’m popping in to collect a prescription or calling up with a question, they go out of their way to make sure I’m looked after. The blister pack team especially deserve a mention — they’ve helped me out so many times over the phone, always patient and ready to sort things quickly when I’ve had questions or needed support. It’s really reassuring to know they’re just a call away. My dad also collects his medication from here, and since he only speaks Arabic, I really appreciate how the fair-skinned lady always takes the time to help him in a respectful and kind way. That personal touch makes a huge difference to our family. The young guy at the front is constantly on the go — always working hard, polite, and with a smile on his face. The young lady at the counter is just as lovely — always cheerful and welcoming. And the trainee pharmacist is fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. He was lovely. I would definitely use this pharmacy again and i'm very grateful they were fully stocked. The out of hours pharmacy where I live never has anything you need in stock.”

As it was a blue inhaler I needed, before I even had chance to pay, he told me to take a dose of it there and then as he could see that I was struggling to breathe. Both are an absolute credit especially the pharmacist.”
