“Naomi groomed both my Miniature Schnausers. This was only the second time they'd been professionally groomed (first time by someone else )so I was unsure how they would react. I can honestly say right from the start, Naomi made a big fuss of the dogs, petting and talking to them and I think this helped to calm any nervousness. They looked and smelt amazing when I picked them up. Naomi did a fantastic job and even popped a colour co ordinated bow on each collar, which I thought was a lovely, personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naomi, she is friendly and professional and made a sometimes anxious experience a very calm and pleasant one!”

“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! “Love this little Iceland store always seems to be well stocked. But if you're looking for a home delivery for the same day you really do need to get in before 1pm really because most lots get taken up or that's what I've seen to a found. The staff are always happy to help you even though they always seem busy filling the freezers with new stock. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”

Special mentions to Ellie who showed us around and signed us up, Connor who is always a friendly face and happy to help in any way he can and Paul in the clubhouse who all make us feel so welcome and at ease every time we come to the club. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very professional in all they do and friendly and chatty at the same time. I remember Chloe and Sarah, chloe gave me a name badge holder which I still have but I lost the paper with her name. However, I can whole heartedly say that I have NEVER enjoyed a plate of food MORE than I did after ordering from here. Crispy beef with chilli sauce - not too spicy, salty or sweet, solid serving 10/10 Special fried rice - balanced, meaty and with full size perfectly cooked prawns 10/10 Salt and pepper chips - sensational 10/10 Chicken and sweetcorn soup - to die for 10/10 Delivery time - beat the just eat time by 15 minutes 10/10. Not only do I recommend this take away, I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else. Thank you China delight!”
