At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. His professionalism, courtesy, and understanding were truly commendable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional.
