“This is the best travelodge I have stayed in. I have had the opportunity to stay in many over the years and this little travelodge exceeded all expectations. Yes it's an old road side style travelodge ut the staff are friendly and maintain the property very well. The reception smells nice with fresh flowers and the corridor and rooms are exceptionally clean. Well done to the staff going above and beyond.”

“We booked The Mews and The South Cottage for 5 nights for our wedding. The cottages were spotless, the interiors were beautiful and the views and ground of the cottages were stunning. It felt like homely luxury! The layout worked really well in terms of the number of bathrooms etc. It was the perfect place to get family and bridesmaids together before the wedding and such a beautiful place to get ready on the wedding morning itself. Would definitely recommend.”

“The best dog groomer I have ever used for my dogs. Other groomers refused to groom my large dog so it was a relief to find someone who would groom them. My little dog also now looks absolutely adorable. Overall fantastic service.”

They helped me on the phone to select the perfect bouquet for the message I wanted to send and were more than happy to write a fairly large message to accompany the flowers on my behalf. “Spontaneous visit with my 5yo and his friend. Service was impeccable from the moment we opened the door. It was quite quiet when we arrived and the children chose a seat where they could watch the chef. Despite being busy, the chef showed them a few tricks and explained the pizza making process - he even let them build their own pizza! The children were thrilled! Thank you to both the chef and our lovely waitress for making a stop for lunch a little bit of special ☺️”

“Visited the coffee shop at lunch time today, lovely atmosphere about the place, it was busy, the staff were attentive and cheerful, our drinks were served lovely and hot, followed by our food which was lovely and fresh, accompanied by a healthy side salad. There are good menu choices available, along with daily specials, all in all very good indeed, 100% recommended.”

“A brand new starbucks on the edge of a busy business park, well located next to the golf course. The ususal range of edibles and drinks, I am going for 5 stars, as although this venue has only been open 3 days, and the staff are still getting to grips with things creating that slightly panicked atmosphere, it is so wonderful to have a starbucks here and they are really trying. It's well fitted and well furnished, with a range of seating suitable for couples, groups, and even small meetings. The food and drinks meet the consistent starbucks standard. There is a nice seated area outside, and it would be wonderful if they could trim the hedgerows and reveal the view of the golf course beyond. The staff were very friendly and the building is really light and the tables aren't too tightly packed inside. The car park had filled up quite quickly (first Sunday afternoon open though) but there is a lovely walk around the golf course if someone wanted to make a trip of it.”
