He asked questions regarding the issue and was very thorough. I have spoken to him previously and he is very friendly whilst being professional.     “I can’t possibly be going to the same clinic as most of these reviewers! Both the podiatry and district nurses teams are fabulous and have been fantastic with me whether it’s been home visits or clinic attendances since I came out of hospital in February - l won’t name individual nurses as I want to protect their privacy but be sure l know them. The receptionists are just gorgeous and forever helpful, going out of there way for patients and keeping you updated if you are awaiting PTS. You also wait very little time for your appointment and l have only been treated with kindness, respect and a smile on their faces. Just one point if you would indulge me; to the person who commented about the area being run down and the patients looking much like the area - how bloody dare you, what an absolute vile and narcissistic person you are! For the Grace of God.comes to mind. It’s my first time ever at the clinic and coming from working in an emergency department one thing l have never seen are patients being abusive and berating staff, no loud music from headphones or patients being loud on their phones - you should be ashamed of yourself with your outdated beliefs. Anyway guys, it’s a great place for your treatment here and all the staff are excellent. Apologies for the essay but I do get cross at people’s biases.”

    “Amazing nursery. My youngest child has just started in January. This is now my 2nd child to attending stepping stones. This setting is amazing and the level of care is fantastic. Both my children have been so happy, which has made my life so much easier, as a parent it’s very hard to leave your children but the staff at stepping stones always make this so much easier for me. My children love the Stepping stones staff, my eldest child who now attends primary school still wants to stay with the ladies on drop off and collection. Thank you for all you do for my daughter.”

I have just been in the school, whilst being there the fire alarm sounded i have never seen such a well organised fire evacuation, staff knew exactly what they were doing where each pupil was.     “My kids started here in 2017 and my last left 2023. Overall I found this place fantastic!! Helpful team and management. Friendly, warm and invested staff. Yes there was bumps on the way, but nothing major and always addressed straight off by management. Overall approachable. It was like home from home for my kids. They loved it. Great activities, great food, good structure and encouragement. Building confidence along the way. I couldn't have worked without them and my kids were happy there. That's a huge burden lifted leaving your little ones to go to work. That they are safe and happy. Thank you KPHB!! It's been great. Xx”
