“From the moment I entered the Abbey Pines on 14/03/24 (first patient of the day) I felt totally at ease. The outstanding care, and professionalism of every single member of the staff is second to none. Having previously had really awful and neglectful treatment at a Private Hospital in the Midlands I was obviously very wary. However, I absolutely had no need to be. The very skilled and professional Consultant Alan Lei and Dr Abbas took time to see me both before and after my procedure to answer my questions and address my concerns which went a long way to putting my mind at complete ease. Also I must say thank you to all of the friendly theatre staff they were totally marvellous. It is very apparent that this team not only take pride in their work but also have a great cohesive working relationship together here. Last but not least thank you Ina (Ena) the Bulgarian nurse who was so very attentive, caring and dedicated. Nothing was too much trouble for her. If you are considering private treatment I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Transorm at the Abbey Pines. If only every hospital was as good as this.
