“I’ve just bought a car from Croyland Car Megastore, and the experience was great from the beginning to the end. We were helped by Dan Little who was very friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. There were a couple of very minor things which needed dealing with before picking up the car and unfortunately they had not been done when we arrived on the agreed handover day. However Dan got onto the workshop straightaway and the jobs were completed there and then meaning we could still take the car away the same day which was a relief. Great customer care, thank you Dan and we may well see you again!”

“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. They have even travelled out to my house, outside of Kempston, today to take a look at the car (as it won't start) before giving me advice on my options.
