“Short version; In 16 weeks I’ve lost 2 dress sizes. Much tighter pelvic floor (no accidents - I can sneeze 3 times in row and not panic) More self confidence. Less anxiety. Long version; After waiting until my children were old enough for me to finally do something for myself I started walking, Just around the town but it was time for me. One day I saw that my local high street was going to be the location of a Pilates class and knowing I’d be more suited to the low impact activity rather than a gym type exercise (due to the frequent “accidents“I’d been “managing” since child birth) I found a class that also suited a time that I could realistically attend(due to anxiety) Nervously I committed to a class and on arrival all the ladies (and gentleman) were very welcoming and of different age groups and abilities which immediately made me feel comfortable. There wasn’t any competition or intimidation that I have felt in gym classes. Chloe is excellent in instructing the class but also remembering individual needs. She is very knowledgeable is her trade and also incredibly aware of individual needs. Friendly, approachable and funny. Her ability to explain movements have really connected to me and I absolutely love learning and improving personally each week. If you’re wanting to improve your fitness , mental health and physical appearance with low impact and controlled movement I cannot recommend Pilates with Chloe enough. She has been a huge part of my personal journey and the evidence is proof.”
