“Needed an urgent checkup on my car as coolant warning light was on. Coolant leaking. Ravi fitted me in despite being busy already. It took two days to change the water pump and timing belt but the problem was fixed along with some worn rear brakes. Service above and beyond. Thank you again and I shall be returning. Having travelled for hours from Cornwall and left stranded in Northampton and needing to get home to Cheshire I called a few mobile mechanics in the area this guy being one of them who was happy to help me. “Used these guys for a couple of years now after a recommendation from two friends and I can see why. Had a couple of services, MOTs, and went in today for work on my headlight. Every time I've gone in, they have been super friendly and I have never been overcharged (I would say undercharged if anything.) I have an old car, and they don't fix without consent, they've always checked things with me first before proceeding. This makes me have a lot of faith in them. The man that fixed my car today was working on a Saturday (his usual day off) but still took time to have a good old fashioned chinwag with me afterwards. I would completely understand if he wanted to rush things in order to get home, but he didn't. I would definitely recommend these as I have always gotten top customer service”
