“Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Joe the manager. My dog has been suffering with allergies this year and taking his advice on a change of food and using the skin-eaze cream has made a huge difference. She has almost stopped scratching and her skin has healed in less than 2 weeks.”

“I wish there was a way to reply to somebody’s review but I can’t, @Albano Gega has put a 1* review for this Barbers, and it is wrong! He was extremely rude and disrespectful to the members of staff, demanding an apology when he didn’t deserve one, saying their knowledge is wrong on his haircut that was completely fine! I was there and witnessed the whole thing and found it hard to bite my tongue! He even asked for a 1.5 on the sides and when it was done (the clippers don’t lie) he had the audacity to say it wasn’t a 1.5! Also, to complain about their English is outright wrong, they speak English and they’ve made an effort to learn the language, if this guy went to another country I bet my whole life he wouldn’t make a single effort to learn their language. The man cutting my hair kept his cool with him even after how rude he was being to the members of staff and he still has the audacity to complain, because his hair at the back wasn’t “natural”. It was natural and he shouldn’t speak to people like that again because one day someone isn’t going to take it as well as official cuts! Other than that, my haircut is always perfect and this is the best barbers in Kettering. DO NOT listen to a lowlife like this guy, he is probably very rude to any member of staff that serves a purpose such as this!”

There is no sense of just being another customer who should be dealt with as quickly as possible. I know that the same care and attention will be spent on me as on those that are in the chairs whilst I'm waiting. Very happy with the groom and cut our dachshund received as well as the love and care, especially as he was going for the first time, he came home very happy and relaxed and smelling great!
