If I had to give feedback I'd say the bed in one of the rooms was horrible and we had a bad sleep but only the one time. The rest was fab. And the spa treatment seems to be different per masseuse. So you could have the same package as someone else but receive a totally different experience. Also I think the staff should be stricted on savings the beds policy by the main pool cafe side. That was really annoying as we couldn't sit anywhere after lunch as people put towels down. Which to be honest is just rude. That said I will continue to come back. Always amazingly relaxed afterwards”
