“Neil is such a nice chap! Ever willing to help and go out of his way to do so. Purchased a preowned Hotpoint washing machine which he delivered and installed free of charge yesterday. There was an issue with the water valve, which he came back to help with the same day, again not charging a thing! The washing machine came spotlessly clean and serviced with a 6 month guarantee.
