“Had my Covid Vaccination here today, it's common for people to get lost in searching the vaccination site, please go through the Entrance 'C' right after the Community Hospital NE-Bound bus stop on bowthrope road (exact co-ordinates: 52.634293,1.261731) Don't go to entrance A or B. There is ample parking space and wheelchair accessible, one can notice the vaccination centre directions and there are security and staff outside the site for guidance. The centre was clean, waiting area was being sanitized after each person leaving and the staff there were kind, friendly and humble towards all the people, right from the entrance until the exit had a pleasant experience. There are drinking water and Toilets available inside the site.”

“Yes it is sometimes hard to get an appointment on the day but it’s the same everywhere. I have always found the staff, both clinicians and receptionists, to be extremely kind, competent and helpful. The service here is far better than the village GP practice I used to attend in Cambridgeshire. Be grateful you have a national health service!”

“Quite surprised at all the reviews saying they can’t get an appointment. I’ve been seen within a very prompt time frame 99% of the time and my baby boy has pretty much always been seen on the same day. Phone lines are obviously busy like any nhs surgery, they give the option to press 8 for a call back, and they have always called back when they get to your place in the queue. If I fill out the appointment form online I’ve always received a timely response. No complaints!”

“We've been at this GP surgery for 2 years now and we can't fault the service we've had. We often request repeat prescriptions and appointments online and more often than not, including today, we are offered a same day appointment. We've never felt rushed or been made to feel stupid by the clinicians so can only thank the team. I took my newborn for his post natal check up last week and the doctor was so helpful, understanding and human. We don't use the GP a huge amount but when we have, it's certainly been faultless. Thank you!”

“I have sadly had to leave this practice after leaving the county. I’ve been a patient for many years and have had some wonderful care over this time. Notable GPs have been Dr Larsson (pre-retirement), Dr Keep, and Dr Greenwood. Always supportive and kind through my mental health difficulties and listened and made me feel safe and not judged. Dr Healey was great when I had female issues and I was sad when she left. Dr Churchman was also amazingly compassionate after my dad suddenly died. Thank you all for your care over the years.”

“I've been to the surgery a few times recently for various issues, not just myself, but for my baby. I've rarely needed to attend the doctor's until I got pregnant. I have to say, whether it has been for same-day appointments for my baby who has had a chest infection, an ear infection and tonsillitis (all in her first year) she has always been seen - following two incorrect diagnoses from A&E I might add!! I've attended for myself and have always been able see a suitable member of staff. I feel the surgery has much better reception staff now as well (didn't used to be the case!) and I've noticed an improvement especially in the last 2 years! Definitely worth reviewing because all NHS staff need to hear it when they're doing a good job.”
