“I recently had the need to have some car parts transported from the North East of England to my home town over 250 miles away. I spoke with several well known National courier companies, however the only company that instilled any confidence was Evo Logistics, of Norwich. Not only were they extremely professional on the phone, they were also very helpful about how the parts would be collected and packaged, and stressed that van would not be shared with lots of other boxes, I was getting exclusive use of their van. The price was right too! They acted promptly, liaised directly with the seller to confirm the collection time, and kept me updated all the way through the process with messages and photos of it safely packed onto their van. They arrived at my house on time, and even unloaded the parts straight into my garage. It really couldn't have been easier for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a need for goods to be transported around the country, they will collect from and deliver to any part of the country. I will be using EVO Logistics again!”

“The central customer service of UPS isn't great so I came here to sort out an issue with a parcel which wasn't delivered to the UPS Access Point as it was meant to be, so its delivery would have been delayed to the next working day. I needed the package urgently so I came to the door which was a bit unassuming and difficult to find but the person working there was really helpful in checking where my parcel was and organised for the driver to bring it back at the end of his round and give it back to me there at the depot. I'm really happy with the help I got here, which went far beyond just the service which you pay for, so if you have any issues with a delivery from this depot, I'd recommend going straight to them to get it solved (there's no phone line).”
