βI visited Dr Edres after not been to a dentist for about 15 years. Iβve always been reluctant as finding a dentist you like can be difficult. However I had the most pleasant experience at the Queen Street Surgery with Dr Edres. He took an x-ray and found a tooth that needed a filling which made me nervous. It was completely fine and painless to have done. He was also very professional and very polite. I could not recommend Dr Edres enough. I have since relocated and wouldnβt think twice about having to travel 2 hours to visit him again. Highly recommended!!!β
βBeth is a lovely lady to talk to. Especially because I've been going through a tough time lately, I'm too complex for Wellbeing but she is doing her best to refer me to a different service.β
βQuite surprised at all the reviews saying they canβt get an appointment. Iβve been seen within a very prompt time frame 99% of the time and my baby boy has pretty much always been seen on the same day. Phone lines are obviously busy like any nhs surgery, they give the option to press 8 for a call back, and they have always called back when they get to your place in the queue. If I fill out the appointment form online Iβve always received a timely response. No complaints!β
βWe invited the wellbeing service into our school to talk to students. Gemma was extremely positive in her approach. One student said we could relate to what was being said and we felt understood. We will definitely be inviting them back into our school.β
