“Used a voucher from a while ago to book this treat in. Made the booking over the phone and found a couple of treatments different to what was on the voucher. No problem though, the team made sure we got the correct treatments and apologised for the mistake. They had to rearrange the treatment room and apologised again for the delayed start, all really lovely. We had back scrubs, massages, facials and scalp treatments. The whole experience was truly wonderful, all finished off with a glass of bubbly!”

Not only did she do this, she came into work half an hour earlier for me. How kind! I had a glossing treatment and a cut and blow dry. I love that Helen always asks me how my hair has been and chats through my thoughts. I have very thick hair and Helen thins it out beautifully, so I leave the salon feeling fabulous.
