Staff are so welcoming and friendly you're met with a nice smile and "Good Morning" served with your favourite coffee, which is always made to perfection. There is only one thing missing to make this an excellent experience, and that is that for the last couple of months the 'air con' has been broken. This certainly puts a black mark on this superb.coffee shop which I believe is the best in Nottingham. With the hearwave it has certainly worked against this amazing coffee shop. Definitely 5 out of 5.”
