“A rainy Monday morning saw me stop here unexpectedly. Walked in to a quiet but laid back atmosphere. Greeted with a big smile and welcome by "Loren". She demonstrated excellent customer service with her attitude and friendliness. Not a dirty table in sight and toilets were clean. WiFi was a little sketchy though. Well done, a credit to Costa!”

He also made fresh "Karak" chai which was very tasty and creamy! Much better than the usual packet-powder stuff which is used widely these days. 5* from me!”
