“I had an incredible experience at NMS Fitness. Nicola, the owner, is the sweetest and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are lovely, and the positive vibes make it a great place to be. As a women-only space, it felt especially supportive. The hoop classes I attended were small, allowing for plenty of attention from the dedicated instructors. I joined for about six months at the end of my degree, and though my time was short, it was impactful. I made great friends, learned a lot in the beginner classes and workshops, and rediscovered my passion for exercise. NMS Fitness provided a supportive environment that helped me through a tough time. Thank you for the amazing community and positive impact on my life!”

“Speaking with very helpful lady (Katie) on the phone through all of the options that were available to me she left me a guest day pass behind the counter yesterday, I popped along and met Rosie who showed me around the gym, pool and other facilities which was great!
