“We had to go to the store having realised that we had been charged incorrectly for and item we bought at Meadowhall. Staff were excellent in sorting this and checking with the other store how the error had occurred. The manager then honoured the price that we should have paid even though it had been labelled incorrectly in Meadowhall. Really lovely girl serving us, I think her name was Hannah, and the manager was excellent (but I didn’t get his name). Great service all round.”

“I had an incredible experience at NMS Fitness. Nicola, the owner, is the sweetest and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are lovely, and the positive vibes make it a great place to be. As a women-only space, it felt especially supportive. The hoop classes I attended were small, allowing for plenty of attention from the dedicated instructors. I joined for about six months at the end of my degree, and though my time was short, it was impactful. I made great friends, learned a lot in the beginner classes and workshops, and rediscovered my passion for exercise. NMS Fitness provided a supportive environment that helped me through a tough time. “I have been doing Tai Chi with John for a number of years and find I still get something new from the moves . John is able to teach them in ways suitable for all experience levels and all interests. I leave the class feeling relaxed but stretched. It was particularly useful when I was recovering from surgery and a bit stiff. Now as I am getting older I feel it helps with my general body awarerness and balance and feeds into other activities / sports. John teaches a variety of types of Tai Chi. At the moment wwe are doing Fan which is fun.”
