“We had to go to the store having realised that we had been charged incorrectly for and item we bought at Meadowhall. Staff were excellent in sorting this and checking with the other store how the error had occurred. The manager then honoured the price that we should have paid even though it had been labelled incorrectly in Meadowhall. Really lovely girl serving us, I think her name was Hannah, and the manager was excellent (but I didn’t get his name). Great service all round.”

I was served by a male with dark longish hair, tied back (Possibly called Theo) He treated me with respect, explained the products and offers available to me so that I could get the best deal and arranged a fitting quickly. We had a lighthearted conversation and he made the experience throughly positive!”
