The design process with Rob and Sam is very interactive - they provide their expertise and creativity, and we were able to input with our ideas and specific requirements. Ali, who built both the kitchen and bathroom to an incredibly high standard, was very professional and considerate, considering we carried on living in our apartment as the work was being carried out. We were so pleased to have found this local family business to undertake the work for us.”

They're also super honest and let you know how much data you are actually likely to need rather than always upselling to maximum contracts. “After searching the internet for a new lawnmower blade without success, I called UKHS at 3pm and spoke to BETH in their Customer Service Dept. She advised me that she was relatively new and would have to check with their Stores Manager to see if it was still an item they stock because my lawnmower was 5 years old. Beth said she would call me back in a few minutes (I've heard that before!!!), but 4 minutes later she called back to advise me that the correct blade was found and was available to order. I duly placed the order with Beth who advised me that it would be a 3 -5 day delivery. I explained that my lawn was in desperate need and asked her if anything could be done to receive it within a 2 day period. "I'll do my best"was her reply. At 1:30pm, the following day, (yes, the next day), my new blade arrived delivered by Yodel. Brilliant service Beth. Thank you - You are a superstar.”

“Had the dinosaur package for my sons 3rd birthday. Was fantastic, the staff was great and so helpful. The dinosaur show and games were brilliant. The venue is plenty big enough and the children loved the paintings on the walls. They also catered for the fact that it was younger children so played extra games and did extra dinosaur activities as was a bit too young to enjoy the arcade!”
