Immediately she noticed they were not good on their feet and offered to get them chairs to sit on. She was so patient and listened carefully treating them with kindness and respect. “Hassan delivered excellent customer service. He found me a new phone and sim straight away -which was £15 than what my provider at the time could offer. He helped set up and transfer everything over to my new phone so I could walk out the store knowing nothing else needed to be done. Can’t recommend him enough, thank you for all your help!”

“I came to Palmers for a complete overhaul of two bathrooms, my kids bathroom and my ensuite. I had a few ideas however it was Lewis who was absolutely brilliant in bringing those ideas to life, came up with solutions quickly and his 3d images were amazing. John who project managed the whole thing and was at my house almost daily to check all was ok and make sure I was happy, and at the end ensuring he went around making sure everything was in perfect working order. And finally the family dream team of fitters/plumbers, James, Harry and Ben Tranter. Absolutely brilliant, perfectionists, clean, left things spotless, and happy to come over even on a Sunday because I had a tap issue (not their fault) would use them all again, my bathrooms are absolutely stunning guys . Thank you so much Palmers and the Tranter team! 10/10 x”

“Despite all the bad reviews I actually had no issues at all with using Jim Grice Ltd. I contacted them to tell them my dishwasher needed looking at, I paid the call out fee and someone came to look at it that same week, they diagnosed what was wrong, ordered in the part needed and came and fitted it the following week and fixed it, very straight forward. Would recommend and would use again.”

“Me and my partner visited the store this morning, We were greeted by Jamil who helped us find the sofa we've been looking for, he explained to us how all the fabrics and colours are customisable and even the modular layout of the sofa it's self can be customised to suit which was perfect for us. We didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot and we left to look around the other furniture stores in the area, After some thought we returned later to purchase the sofa Jamil had custom created for us based on what we wanted. The service and knowledge from Jamil was excellent and we couldn't of asked for anything more, Looking forwards to getting our new sofa soon!”

The equipment not only performs well but also adds a great aesthetic to my kitchen. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the products is impressive. However, I recommend registering your extra warranty online to fully benefit from it. Be sure to complete the details accurately the first time, as making changes afterward can be challenging. I found this out the hard way and had to call their customer service team, who were very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided. “Just purchased 2 sofas from here. Was greeted by a lovely lady called Dee. She was very helped and understanding of everything we required. When it come to ordering the sofas we was offered teas coffees and even drinks for the kids. Nothing was too much the store manager come over also and introduced herself. “Great customer service. Used at two houses and no complaints. Recently the chain on our vertical blind broke and phoned customer service on the off chance they could suggest the best way to fix (had 18 months so assumed nothing could be done). Immediately offered to send a replacement chain and, as promised, arrived within five days. Shame all customer service departments aren’t this helpful. Really easy to replace myself and now as good as new.”
