“Everyone working in this store is a delight to deal with. They are extremely patient (sorry), knowledgeable & helpful. I used to have my Boots prescriptions delivered but they were useless & unreliable. In-store however, if an online prescription is taking longer to process than normal they will do all they can to see it is prioritised. The only downside is that they are no longer open on a Saturday. That’s a very poor decision taken by Boots PLC.”
