It’s our go-to for family nights and we always look forward to it. Unfortunately, our most recent order didn’t live up to the usual standard, both pizzas had poor presentation and just didn’t look right. It was disappointing, especially considering how often we order. We called the store straight away to raise our concerns. That’s when Gabe, the assistant manager, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was understanding, professional, and genuinely apologetic. Without hesitation, he offered to repeat the full order for free next time, no fuss, no hassle, just great service. “One of the best takeaways I've had during my two years in Nottingham. The owner and staff are always very happy to see us, today they offered us complementary chips and prawn crackers while we were waiting as they were a little busier than usual. The food portions are gigantic, always feel full after eating. The menu is very diverse, with lots of different offerings. We usually get the "Create your own box" which is only £8 for a medium box. Will always continue to be a loyal customer here and would highly recommend.”

“What a burger, really nice. I had the Mexican burger and my daughter had the buttermilk chicken. You get a really decent size portion of chips too. I admit, burger wasn’t massive but with the chips it was really filling. Comes wrapped in ‘newspaper’ love that and then in a massive box. You get a few warm wet wipes as well. For me, love this as I have a big beard and came in handy. Top marks, will definitely be back”
