“Came here on Sunday for my friends birthday celebration. Absolutely amazing, Food was delicious and so much of it, didn't feel rushed at all. They close at 2 but as we'd not eaten everything they let us stay until we were ready to leave. Friendly and helpful from start to finish, will definitely be back for another afternoon tea. She Advised us in selecting the best burgers in the menu. And finally followed up if food was made to perfection. The original smashed burger was 10/10 Fries were perfectly crisp and well cooked. Double Mac burger was great too. The interiors is very inviting and restaurant itself was clean and maintained high standards of hygiene.”

“Spare ribs. The hallmark of a top tier Chinese takeaway is the quality of the spare ribs and these guys seem to roast them fresh each night. They are truly bloody exquisitely tender and juicy. They have been consistently perfect for the past 3 years that we've been ordering from them. Vast majority of Chinese takeaways batch cook then and reheat them and the result is dry and tough. Everything is delicious here and portions/price is fantastic value. Bless these guys.”

“I’m over the moon with this customer service because they don’t do spicy chicken balls, but they did it for me without charging extra money and they even gave me free gifts I cannot say how much I appreciate this kind of customer service. I seriously can recommend this restaurant for everybody! Very rare to find someone who is looking after customers like this it’s absolutely brilliant and the food was very nice and very tasteful and one of the best Chinese I ever tried! “I ordered sirloin steak for the first time, I have used River Pearl numerous times as it has always been very good, however the steak was tough, all gristle and chewy, I was unable to eat any of the meat. I rang to explain to no avail, I was told it is excellent steak and they only use the best quality, evidently that was not the case. They could not give a refund. Being a valued customer is not worth anything. I will vote with my feet and never use them again! This is a true and honest review. I have been a customer for 10 years and have never had reason to complain before until now!”

“We have been ordering from here for ages and its always been brilliant but I have to write this to mention the honesty and kindness of the delivery driver, we ordered last Saturday and my partner had given him 2 20 pound notes without realising. When he finished his delivery's he called back to give it back to us. We didn't have a clue we had given too much. I thought it very honest of him. Well done that man”
