“Years ago I had to take my staffy cross , Dizzie, for hydro therapy. He was frightened to start with but in no time he settled down thanks to the skill and kindness of Bex I really felt he couldn't be in safer hands. As for the shop....what a cornucopia of canine delights ! Tasty treats , classy clothes, cute clothes, collars, leads, dishes, absolutely everything you could need to keep your furbaby fit and well and happy. All this coupled with excellent advice about canine care, even from fellow customers. I need to make another visit shortly and I can't wait. Sadly both Dizzie and his big sister collie Fleur passed away but I've been along with Sonny and now my new rescue girly 19 years old Jack Russell Trisha needs some new woolies so we'll see you soon girls . with love from Ruth and Sonny and Trisha Clothier xxx woof woof woof woofj”

“I am a Dental Therapist and I highly recommend Bex. She has done my teeth and my Husband's. I rave about her to anyone that will listen. She goes above and beyond has a wonderful calming nature and is very knowledgeable. If you are thinking about getting your teeth looked at visit Bex there is no hard sale, she is honest has integrity and the prices are really good. Where I used to work in private practice a scale and polish was £22 more than what Bex charges and teeth whitening an extra £295 Don't put off getting your teeth done, it's not just for aesthetic reasons she can tell so much about your general health just by looking inside your mouth. This is a small local business run by two ladies and we should support and encourage that especially in the current climate.”

“I stayed in the apartment with my son. It is very clean and well furnished, you even have your own little terrace to sit on. The art deco style is amazing. We were well looked after by Steve and Angela. We were able to book and enjoy a Full English breakfast in the breakfast room next door to the apartment. The house is located in a quiet street just 10 minutes away from the beach and high street. There are plenty of places to eat out, from fish and chips to sitting in a restaurant. There are two small supermarkets in town for those in self catering. I can highly recommend Milvil corner, for the price you pay and what you get, you can't beat it. A big thanks to Steve and Angela, we will definitely come again.”

“Oh my goodness! I love this little independent coffee shop! The whole team are welcoming and lovely. The coffee is smooth and hits the spot, and the food is simply delish! My faves are their Tuna & Cheese Toasted Sandwich with the Blondie for pudding to go with my cappuccino. There’s lots of yummy treats to choose from and their hot chocolate is PROPER hot chocolate. Definitely recommend.”

“I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a B&B in this area (or even further away). I cannot fault anything! There's off road parking, beautifully decorated rooms which are comfortable and have tea/coffee/water/WiFi facilities. The breakfast is a real treat with a varied fresh fruit salad, cereals, yogurt and the best cooked breakfast. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be revisiting when down this way. 10/10”

“As pilots we visit Solent Aerodrome several times a year. Cafe Zero 5 provides a quick, comfortable place to relax. The staff are excellent, efficient and friendly hosts. There's a good range of drinks and cakes as well as a good menu of hot food just right for flyers. This is all true for non flying patrons who have the benefit of large windows and stools from which to watch the planes - often Spitfires - and a large garden with picnic benches and some play equipment for youngsters. Excellent in every respect.”

“Karen was the perfect hostess. The room was both clean and comfortable. Very trustworthy lady giving us the pass code together the key to let ourselves in whilst Karen was visiting her 90 year old mother. Cheapest of all the places that we stayed on our tour of the south coast, but not in the quality of service.......Top notch! Lovely place!!”

The volunteers are wonderful, and despite my mums sometimes reluctance to leave the house, she always comes back with a full tummy a raffle prize and a big smile. The venue in the church hall has a well kitted kitchen is clean and maintains a good temperature. A great example of what is good about releigon... the community support.”

“If you're after a fantastic spot to stretch your legs (and maybe your dog's too!), you really can't go wrong with Alver Valley Country Park. Honestly, it's a bit of a hidden gem around here. There are loads and loads of trails winding all over the place, so you can have a proper wander and explore different routes each time you go. It's brilliant for dog walkers – plenty of space for them to have a good run around. They've also got a really nice area set up for kids, which is always a bonus if you've got little ones in tow. And get this, it's super handy because it's right near a garden centre, so you could easily combine a nice walk with a bit of plant shopping! The only slightly funny thing – and maybe something to bear in mind – is that there aren't any public toilets for humans in the park itself. So, just a little heads-up on that front! But honestly, that's a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. For a lovely outdoor space with great walking and a nice vibe, Alver Valley Country Park is definitely worth checking out.”
