“What a gem! I had no idea there was something like this, out there, it's so unique! I felt like I was staying on a private island, my own private island! The yurts are beautifully done, super comfortable and well equipped, I felt totally relaxed the whole time. There are shops, restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance, the walking path to the shops is really neat. If you like walking, there's great walking paths with breathtaking views, Also, bike, paddle boards & kayak rentals at the marina. The toilet/shower block on the marina was really modern & very clean. The hosts, Kim and Andre, were so friendly & welcoming, and very knowledgeable of the area. Thank you Kim & Andre, I will definitely return!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! The hosts were friendly and professional. Everything was absolutely brilliant — the room was the perfect size, the breakfast was delicious, the bed super comfy, and everything was spotless and well-organised. Tought out to the smallest detail: variety of hot drink options in the room, biscuits and little brownies and fully equipped toiletries. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, the perfect quiet getaway. Can’t recommend it enough!”

“We were looking for somewhere to hold my Dads celebration of life and Hollybank House fit the bill perfectly. Ian and the whole team made us feel so cared for from start to finish. The downstairs rooms were very elegant but at the same time very cosy and homely as Ian encouraged us to bring and arrange photos and mementos around the rooms. The food was super tasty and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for looking after us all.”

“This is an excellent place to stay if visiting the Emsworth area. A 10 minute walk from the train station, it offers beautiful rooms in a secluded, gated area. My room had access to an outdoor space which added to the experience. My host was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to towels and beach gear. One of the highlights was the lovely swimming pool – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the beach and very close to the high street, where we found great restaurants, shops, and cafes. Customer service was also excellent – friendly, responsive, and efficient throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway with friends. Hope to return soon!”

“Brilliant Food! One of the best meals of my life! We got the scallops from the a la carte menu and combined that with the set menu and were throughly happy with service (Sofia, our server was excellent!) and quality of food as well as the generous serving size. The smoked duck was just delicious! The gazpacho too was a delight- the Skate had been deboned so no messing around with bones! I ordered the Fillet of Hake and was blown away by the sauces. The food ate well separately as well as with different combinations. My brother got the Korean BBQ and the puffed corn on this was a fabulous surprise! The roasted scallops had an amazing peach-chilli zing. And save space for desserts! So delicious and super tasty. The dishes are delightful, imaginative and delicious. Definitely recommend making a booking to eat here.”

“The landpod was perfect for our needs. It even has a solar powered charging station. The beds are so comfortable, I have the best night's sleep! The site is clean, and every pod/tent/hut has its own private area with a firepit. Laura is friendly and accommodating with 2 lovely dogs. We will be back :)”

“From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were made to feel welcome and "at home". All of the staff, from Mel in housekeeping to the Manager, are so friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, at what must be a very difficult time for them. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast and the evening meal was excellent, we really couldn't my fault it, and will definitely stay there when next in the area. Well done and thank you to everyone at the Brookfield for making our first taste of normality extra special”
