He’s just fixed it within half an hour. I don’t recognise those 1 star reviews and would really disagree with them. Very reliable, really good service, nice guy and very reasonable prices. “I was paying £3000 a year for my car insurance with a black box and could not find a cheaper quote anywhere for months, I used all the comparison sites you can think of and called ones who weren’t on the sites and still nothing. I called howdens and managed to get a quote of £1400 WITHOUT black box. Amazing!!! I took the policy out with Laura Ansty - she was patient and explained everything in great depth (I don’t really know much about insurance ect she helped me with that). Policy was taken out and I had a few things I needed explained in which I spoke to Ashley Tobin. Again amazing and wasn’t hesitant at all regardless of the multiple calls I made. Everything’s been explained in depth and I’m happy with the help I’ve received. Also amazing that there quick to answer and don’t send you too chatbots or on hold for ages like most company’s. Thankyou again Howdens. 5 stars from me !”
