βIf youβre thinking of doing MBST then it is 100% worth it! I went to Suzanne as I had two protruding discs in my lower back which had caused me extreme pain for 12 months and I could barely do anything. She advised me to go down the MBST route and I started my 9 sessions (1hr session for 9 days straight) at the beginning of December. I believe it takes around 6 weeks after for the treatment to start taking effect which would have been the end of January for me. It can then take up to 6 months for you to be healed as everybody is different, but just 4 weeks later I had gone from being 100% in pain right down to about 30% in pain and now as I write this 14 weeks later Iβm now at 10/15% discomfort but it is still in the healing process and with the stretches that Suzanne has given me I probably only get a bit of discomfort one day a week rather than seven! I honestly could not recommend the MBST treatment enough, so if youβre thinking of doing it then go for it!β

βI have had a fantastic experience over the past year. I was referred twice through PMI for physio for my back pain, where the physiotherapists used a range of different treatments to combat the pain, and I have also paid privately for the Pilates sessions and a one-off appointment.β

I feel confident that clients using Counselling Directory can trust theyβre connecting with qualified, genuine professionals.β
βI gave birth on Frimley Labour ward and all the nurses doctors and consultants were amazingβ¦. Biggest shout out to the most amazing care from all in the nicu depart nurses breast feeding specialist drs consultants they were truly wonderful and I couldnβt fault them never a nice place to be but honestly they couldnβt of done betterβ
βMelanie is a first class therapist who I would not hesitate to recommend to others.β
βExcellent work, as I can't thank the staff for all the work that they do. Ward was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and very kind and friendly, especially thanks to the nice young blonde nurse who was helping out. "if that's ok".β
βI had a needle stick accident and despite explaining to 111 that I had completed the appropriate first aid and the needles were mine, the lady asked me to go to A&E in the next hour. She insisted. To say I was alarmed is an understatement. Note this is 2am. So I get to the hospital (my first time at an A&E) and I pleasantly surprised. The entrance is well lit and with clear signage and checking in at reception was speedy (they were courteous and efficient and had all my details from 111), they also took the time to update my details. The triage was also quick, efficient and the nurse was courteous. The waiting area was clean and clear and comfortable. When I finally saw the doctor, he said I came in for nothing. The risk was zero, I had taken the right steps and there was no additional help/support he could provide. To say I was upset is an understatement. Not at the doctor, but the 111 team who sent me there. Additionally, the reason I had no complaints and chalked it up to one of lifeβs detours, was I arrived at the hospital around 4:30am and was out by 5:30am. In A&E! Iβve had longer waits at my GP! I know this is anomaly for emergency departments but the team is efficient so it helps a lot. Now we just need 111 to stop wasting resources by sending people without urgent conditions to A&E!β

βWe visited Frimley Park Hospitalβs Child A&E on Saturday night for our sonβs tummy bug, and we couldnβt be more grateful. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm and efficient, making us feel at ease. The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, smiling, and supportive, taking the time to explain everything and comfort our son. Their care was exceptional, and we felt so well looked after. Thank you to the amazing team for turning a stressful night into a positive experience! Highly recommend Frimley Park A&Eβ
βMy son is severely learning disabled and has recently moved into Supported Living in the area. My first dealings with this surgery has been with the lovely Rosie and I have to say the standard of care she delivers is phenomenal.β
