“My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”

“My friend had an emergency appointment after being in so much pain with an infected tooth that they could barely function and hadn't slept in days, so I managed to get them an appointment through 111. In no time, the lovely dentist Fiona yanked that tooth out giving my friend much needed relief. Staff (including reception) were amazing, and my friend was given clear instructions on how to care for the wound. My friend managed to get sleep, finally. And the day after, there is still no pain. “My girl absolutely loves her dance school, she’s made has learnt so much and come on in such little time. She gets so many opportunities like taking part in the school shows joining dance camps in the school holidays which miss Amy (principle) also organiser’s she absolutely loves competing in festivals.”

“We, as nervous first time cat adopters, needed a few days away so asked for recommendations for a good cattery. Top cats was our first choice. Greeted by Jade, we were shown around the facility and all our questions were answered and we felt completely reassured that Willow (our cat) would cope well during her first stay away from us. On our return, found Willow to be perfectly chilled and clearly had become attached to the staff there. So much so, she didnt want to go back in her cat transporter! First class, friendly service and we will have no hesitation in using Top Cats in the future. Thank you for looking after Willow.”
