“Went here to hire a floor sander, and it's been a great experience! Before we walked in, we already had plans on how we'll do it manually if they won't rent it to us, because we've been refused at Brandon's due to the lack of UK ID's with address on. We explained the situation to Michael, and he was more than helpful and welcoming, so we got the sander out. As we haven't sanded a floor before, we got a thorough demo on how to do it properly, and how to operate the sander and lots of advice. Good thing is that the 1 day hire is for 24 full hours, so we haven't had to rush back the same day, and they give you 10 of each grit sandpaper and you return the unused ones, so we haven't had to worry about them ripping and having to run back to the shop to pick up more (they do rip indeed, and we used more than we originally thought we will). They are very knowledgeable, friendly and fair guys, so in the future if we'll need any other tools, we'll be back! And thanks for helping us to make our floor look stunning!”

They also now have access via Ilkeston road, so you no longer have to go around the back to enter. Parking is also available at the front on Ilkeston road.”

“I have been a customer here for the last couple of years since I moved to the area. The staff are incredible. Very helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide you with as much help as possible. They sold me new hinges for my late dads fishing box and even offered to fit them free of charge. They helped with my purchess of gardening equipment, decorating, and power tools, and gave me top advice and even a demo when I asked about shelf hanging. This store sells absolutely everything you need at a decent price and if they haven't got it they will order it in. The best customer service I've ever received. And never an off day. “Very good company excellent to deal with. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.”
