I usually have a neck, face and back and shoulder massage as I have neck problems and this helps release all the knots and gives me freedom of movement and relaxation. Recently i have have been having Reflexology regularly, again ironing out lots of problems. The calm atmosphere and Laura's expertise leave me really relaxed - I go home and crash out. She is highly recommended as a therapist.”
