They communicate what needs doing, updates you, take you in ASAP if needed and most importantly get the job done well and quick. “Hi I am absolutely delighted with the products I have bought from you, the service and the speed of delivery. And I will keep looking at your site for ideas and products which suit my needs. thank you for having such a great range of items, makes life interesting. Can I say that I have found some of the text describing, each item may need a read through as I found some confusion, maybe on my part but I'm reading them and do not necessarily understand. For example 1, I only realised after purchase of the mood lighting it says ....For vehicles without 'footwell' lights. My vehicle does have footwell lights, so I may have made a mistake, but I ask why are they only for vehicles without footwell lights (which could be added to the description) As I would like them to work for me, i think they are cool. Example 2, I purchased the engine cover which is described for the T6 and T6.1, a very clear description. No problem. Then when I got the confirmation email of my purchase, which said it couldn't be altered, it said engine Cover T6. So I immediately panicked thinking I'd ordered the wrong item (mine is a T6.1). So thought well what the heck I've made another mistake. I'll live with it. So perhaps it may be useful to review some items and ensure too they tally up with the order confirmations. “Top service. Just drove in, requested 4 wheel alignment, said initially won't be able to do the back as bolts may snap, however once the car was up on the ramp and inspected they said they'd have a go at it. Mentioned I'm happy for just the front however they wanted to try and so I mentioned at you're own risk. They took the risk and managed to aligne all 4 wheels for an Xdrive. Can't fault the lads there, definitely will be going back to them even if it means having to travel bit further.”
