“I first bought my little boy when he was just 6 weeks old and he is now 1. Baby Sensory Rotherham has been the best thing I have taken him to. It has been the highlight of every week and we will miss it so much. The amount of detail what goes into each theme each week is outstanding. Carolyn (and Claire) your dedication and commitment is absolutely amazing and doesn’t go unnoticed. We both would leave every week with a smile on our face. “Me and my partner came here to see what it was like since we both have interests in geeky/nerdy stuff. Honestly it's such a nice place to spend a few hours. We were welcomed without it being in your face and the staff are just really friendly and are more than willing to help you get started in anything you might have had some interest in, but been too intimidated to start. We had a coffee and played some of the stacks of games they have available for you to play, and then bought my first pack of Magic The Gathering cards! it was so fun and we'll definitely be coming back!”

“We decided to stop by The Big Smoke for lunch while out and called ahead to reserve a table. The staff were very accommodating, telling us we could arrive in 45 minutes, and upon arrival, they had already prepared a baby high chair, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, with the team recommending the day’s specials and checking in on us regularly. Drinks arrived promptly within 5 minutes, though the mains took a little longer, it was nothing too concerning. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience and would definitely visit again!”

“Indoor football pitches are ok showing signs of wear on the netting around the pitches. Thought it was ok. Not the largest car park and not the best lit. 2025 Update: Same as above still. Booked a football party there for my 6-year-old birthday and it was amazing!! The whole thing was so well run and made the whole thing a stress free afternoon. The booking included food and a coach. The food was ordered when you got there via QR code, which was quick and easy. The coach led the session and he was fantastic, the kids loved him. The food was fine just kids' favourites in a dedicated party room. Then a bit more football. The staff are polite and helpful, again our coach was great. Great value for money for a group of 12 kids. If you are thinking about a kids' football party take a look. I would recommend.”

The staff are friendly & helpful, checkout has always been quick & easy, it has close public transport links so it's easy to get to & home from. All good, I'm happy to keep shopping here.”

Elina, the lady who checked us in, has only been here a couple of weeks, but she is superb. Really patient and friendly. She is on for the future. Perfect!”

“Stayed here for one night . Everything you need for a budget stay. Location not central however staff very helpful . Rooms were great for the price Large rooms . Extra services ie hairdryer and ironing board . No bar and lift was broken didn't cause us an issue but as we on third floor would have been a problem if you had mobility issues Overall a good size room and clean Good value for money”

“Lyndon - an employer who works there helped me and my mum put together a coffee table as we had to return it twice in the same day due to the screws not working properly as they did not fit or connect properly, he swiftly noticed this and agreed the screws were at fault and nothing we had done wrong. We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. He was so kind and thoughtful, the quality of service was amazing, so amazing we had to leave feedback and review. Thanks Lyndon from Parkgate, Rotherham Argos, you’re a wonderful employee!!”

Miss Olivia and the staff go above and beyond organising shows and fundraisers and visiting other local events in the area. My daughter absolutely loves going and has been for several years. It's a wonderful little gem to have in our local community.”
