The dentist knew how frightened I was of them treating me she used to say, get in the chair Lynne while you're here with your boys. I didn't want them to know how I scared I was so I always did as she asked. I still don't like going but I always think it's better than having toothache. Thank you.”

I have found the staff at this practice to be highly knowledgeable, professional and always helpful. I have recently needed urgent dental care, which has been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful for the support the clinicians and staff have provided me with as I would have been in considerable pain and discomfort without it. Personally, I would disregard the majority of the negative reviews here, as my experience has been quite the opposite.”

“My 90 yr old mum had to have 2 teeth removed 1 being a wisdom tooth which should of been done at the hospital under anaesthetic, but unfortunately due to the NHS waiting time this was not an option so the dentist had to carry out the procedure resulting in my mum just having local anaesthetic. We can not praise the dentist and dental nurse enough for their professionalism, compassion and empathy towards my dear mum, a massive thank you.”

I have been suffering with toothache for a few days and decided enough was enough so i popped in the clinic at 9 am explained my issue and they were helpful and the lady receptionist got me in the same day at 14.30 for and extraction. Surprisingly she also asked if i was going to be at home and i was so should took my number and told me if there was chance of getting earlier she would ring me .Sure enough she rang me at 1200 and by 1300 that tooth was out . Unfortunately thanks to our government most dentists are having to go private but you get what you pay for and id rather have fast service (especially when it comes to toothache) and knowing i have a dentist with vast experience in his field .I cannot thank them enough as i am a very nervous patient but they really know how to put your mind at rest.....A+++++++++++”

We've built a trusted rapport with our regular dental surgeon and every one of the reception staff have always been very kind, friendly, helpful and understanding. We have complete confidence in this very patient-oriented service and can say in all honesty that we've never had the slightest cause for complaint, for any reason. We're very surprised to see negative comments from some patients, who've unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. We're confident that these must be very rare occurrences. My wife's Periodontitis and my Radiotherapy for throat cancer (which severely damaged my teeth and gums) means that we've probably both had considerably more dental work than average, particularly over the last three or four years, and continue to be extremely grateful for the quality service we've always received. “My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”
