She tried her best but couldn't remove it with the equipment available in the department so referred him to the eye clinic nearby - the A&E receptionist made him an appointment for an hour later and he was then seen (earlier than his appointment) by a Dr who quickly sorted it. All staff were efficient and friendly on this occasion. After a couple of poor experiences in the past it seems to have improved and I couldn't fault the service we received.”
