My sister opted for a full design on her nails and toes, and the staff stayed late after closing time to accommodate us, showing great understanding and professionalism. “I click and collected a Bosch rear windscreen wiper for my mini cooper at the Rotherham Barbot Hall branch, I went to collect it but unfortunately the wiper wasn't in stock, the gentleman (don't know his name) who served me just after 9am apologised but I said he didn't need to as it's no one's fault, just a system error, he got the wiper in for me a few hours later and refunded me the original price and gave it to me on trade.
