I would not do that for 8 years if I did not trust Steve and his team. Over the years Steve and his team have gone above and beyond to help me over the usual stuff, this is a very helpful garage they communicate well with the customer and always consult with you first if they come across an unexpected issue and do not just assume you will pay or have bottomless pockets. I live in Elkesley a difficult to get to village without a car, on many occasions Steve has dropped me off at home and later collected me to be able to pick up my correctly repaired car, where do you get that kind of courtesy and customer service? I have read some of the negative reviews and yes sometimes things POSSIBLY go amiss but that is life and car ownership. Steve and his team are always polite, respectful and courteous towards the customer and if you are a bit concerned and possibly upset, then perhaps in you discussed things in the same manner as they treat you and not treat them as scammers and highway men you will be more than impressed with their response. Unfortunately we live in an age of "Keyboard Warriors" who vent their spleen online and on giving a one sided negative review. I for one will be continuing to use Steve and his teams services and look forward with total confidence to many more years of fantastic mechanical work and the best customer care and for me trouble free motoring and if not trouble free I know where me and my car/s will be going straight to Steve and his team, a genuine big "THANK YOU" to you all.”
