“Freddie started here last April 2024 when he was two for 15 hours a week. The staff have been incredible, all so loving and patient with him, this allowed Freddie to feel more safe and secure away from me. At the beginning Freddie struggled to settle but after just a few sessions he was a completely different little boy. I can't thank this nursery enough, i couldn't see him settling and being happy away from me but the staff here changed this for me. They always keep me updated with photos and videos to let me know he is okay. They have always been so thoughtful and accommodating, choosing certain activities which they know Freddie enjoys so that he feels included and enjoys his self more easily. Freddie now goes for 30 hours per week and he absolutely loves coming to nursery. He loves learning, drawing, playing outside, going for outings in the park and singing songs. The change in Freddie has been unbelievable since starting here, he has come on in leaps and bounds, a lot more confident within his self and also with his speech. I love picking him up, seeing his smiley face and hearing all about his day. Management/staff are always so friendly and whenever you have a question or worry they are always there to help you and reassure you. Definitely recommend victoria park hall day nursery to other parents/families x”

The staff are friendly & helpful, checkout has always been quick & easy, it has close public transport links so it's easy to get to & home from. All good, I'm happy to keep shopping here.”

“Great central location easy to get to Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds and of course the beautiful Peak District. Met by the lovely Alana who went above and beyond to check we were comfortable in this warm weather, that our rooms were perfect, explain about the amenities and other local attractions. She was enthusiastic and friendly and just how you want to be greeted in a new town! Thank you Alana for making us feel so welcome!”

“Stayed at prime lodge and after reading Google reviews I was a bit worried. But after arrival I found the reviews to be very unfair. The room could do with a revamp but otherwise is was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would happily return. Staff friendly and if you enter your reg at reception you don't get charged for parking. I love the motel style as it makes rooms much more private. For the price the hotel was more than worth it . Thank you.”

“I have been registered with this practice for over twenty years (Broomlane Medical/Kimberworth Park Medical Center). I can always count on them have always been treated with Courtesy, Respect and promptly that is by all the doctors and receptionalist. They have always met my expectations. DR Kacker is my registered G.P every time I have had a chance to see him always goes up and beyond, in October 2024 I went in for Flue vaccination was so determined and admant not to have Covid 19 injection. He talked me into having both and he was the one injecting the patients . No regrets this winter (touch wood) I have been the fittest. And few weeks ago the hospital advised me to see a GP of my own choice, I said would see any as I knew all the GPs in my surgery would go up and beyond. I was booked in with Dr Kacker again and THANK you doctor for treating me with respect and all the reassurances you gave me. Its difficult to get through (phone) mostly for appointments but it is with most of all the GP around the country. I thank all the doctors at Kimberworth Park Medical Center/ Broom lane Medical Center for the Brilliant work your doing.”

“I went to Alex with swelling &pain around my right knee after being told by my dr it happens at my age ( 59yrs). I was struggling gardening, using stairs, wearing anything but flat shoes and even walking any distance on the flat. With a robust series of appointments Alex was able to identify the problem was muscular once he got the swelling down on my knee and established it was not in fact my knee. He gave good sound advice and tips to manage the issue and prevent re occurrence. I will have no hesitation in returning to Alex in future for further treatment should I have any further issues. He is informative and explains everything thoroughly. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex if you are looking for such help.”

“This is a fantastic place, for a meal, or for drink or two. The menu is varied, the quality of the meals is amazing, they are very tasty and a very reasonable price. My favourite is the steak pie, it is something else, full of meat, and like other choices very enjoyable. I have taken my elderly mum several times, it’s firm favourite of hers and mine. I also enjoy a good night out with friends there, the drinks menu is varied, and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would, it is that good.”

“We organised a group booking for our Curry Club at The Station Hotel, Parkgate. What an amazing night. The quality of the food was exceptional, fantastic value for money and lots of variety.
