Just wanted to also say to the whole of parkgate do better for your staff parking/safety, as whilst we was there was 16 year olds tried repeatedly (second day going) attempted to steal Walleds motorbike! Absolutely not on he is earning a living and he had to run out the shop to get his bike back. Someone else’s bike was also tampered with and just dumped on the floor. Takes the mick and staff should be supported appropriately and provided safer facilities to park up without bother. The fact this is 2 days running is appalling.”

“Recently took my bosch hammer drive drill as i was having trouble with the chuck less key not working as it should. The chap had a look at it there and then but after 5 mins came back and said the retaining screw looked well past it day but if I wanted they would have a look in more detail & if i wanted could come back the following day and see how things were. I returned the following day and was given the opportunity to take it back home and order a new shaft screw or they could fit me a brand new shaft and it would be less than £20, i chose the latter. I was absolutely delighted with the customer service and quick response to my problem. Very grateful for the help and would definitely go again if a silimar problem arose. Well worth a visit”
