“Ian's service is one of the best around. From initial call, Ian went through the costs very clearly, confirmed the booking with an email detailing all the flight times, processes for us to do. Upon pick up, he ran us through a check list to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything, passports, medications, phone chargers etc which I thought was a great touch. He was good company on the way over, got us there bang on time. Return journey, just as efficient, was there waiting for us, as it was late he even had a blanket ready in case we were cold! And the last bit of brilliance, I had left my glasses in the back of the cab and they were delivered back to me the next day. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed in Skylark Beach House for 2 nights in June 2025. The communication with Filey Bay Direct during booking and pre arrival was faultless. The accomodation is incredible. Top notch! Clean (I mean spotless), beautifully decorated and furnished, amazing outdoor areas and just lovely little touches like fans, kids games, beach stuff even dog toys for dog lovers. Love it. Will be back!!!!”

“We stayed at Butts Cottage in Bakewell. Apartment was super clean which you might not expect from a pet-friendly place. Great location. Just up the hill from the town center. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, pubs, and take-aways. Definitely try the Bakewell Pudding. Parking in from of the apartment was a bit tight but worked out just fine. I decided to write this post because I couldn't find reviews anywhere else. This place is legit despite a lack of reviews anywhere.”

“I booked Dubai through K & H travel, and they were very accommodating from the start to finish! I changed my mind a few times in terms of dates and it was no issue at all for them! I also stayed at 2 separate hotels whilst I was there and they took care of everything. I also had a nice transfer from the airport to my hotel when I arrived. They even put me in touch with somebody over there to arrange a desert safari tour and Abu Dhabi, I would highly recommend booking through K&H the service is amazing, thank you to you and your team, I had an amazing holiday.”
