“This is a very busy but great pharmacy. The pharmacists are lovely, friendly and helpful. The assistants (apart from one - who unfortunately is always brusque and a tad rude/unhelpful) are also approachable, helpful and patient. They always make an effort to get prescriptions completed quickly. The pharmacist often telephones to see how i’m getting along approx a week or so later, if I’ve been prescribed a new medication.”

“I took my elderly Brother in Law to EMU on referral from out of hours G.P (this service was excellent) on arrival we were treated promptly, with Dignity and Professional competence. The Staff nurse who did an immediate assessment and entry tests was excellent. The on duty doctor was with us within the hour and ordered additional blood tests and conducted a thorough memory test, again Professional bur caring. Eventually a possible cause was found for my brother in Laws illness and he was duly admitted for further tests and observations. The whole unit excelled and is a credit to the Royal Hospital and the N.H.S. long may it continue. Thank you.”

“Called yesterday to enquire if family member could pick up prescription only to be told by the man on the phone don't bother coming today we aren't open now at around 1-2pm on a Friday. Told to come on Saturday morning, went down on Saturday at 11:10am and the shutters are completely down. Edit: My review has been updated as the practice manager has since taken steps to address the incident and resolved this with me. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service.”

I've been there when the occasional customer is rude and abusive, they remain calm. The Pharmacists will always come through and discuss any problems you might have. They are wonderful. 19 yes a customer, never had a problem.”
