“The service was quick and easy. I ordered 2 caramel lattes and had a look at their coffee cups for sale, which were a bit overpriced for what they were. However, the coffee was lovely and we were greeted with smiles too, considering this was in the evening, nothing seemed too much for the staff. They thanked us for clearing our table after too. “Copenhagen king size bed Sept 2025 I rang the store as I had a couple of questions about a bed before I came to look, wanted to know out of a few options I had seen on the website what was available on display. Was very helpful on the phone. I came to the store the next day and was greeted by the sales staff, I asked to see a particular bed frame I was looking for, nothing was too much trouble, I wanted to check the slats to see if they were solid oak or not, I also wanted to look at how the bed fixing were too, not an issue. Easy transaction process, explained the delivery options and booked it in there and then. Bed was on sale for a few more days and I felt like I got a good deal. Delivery arrived on time, had a courtesy call beforehand, was delivered to the threshold of my property as agreed, delivery driver was polite and friendly. Will happily return to hedge end if I have any more purchases from OFL.”

“Went yesterday to purchase a TV. Sam was very very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to know about what ever I asked him but he fell at last hurdle is tv in stock. When he came back it was sorry come back in couple of weeks out of stock and to his credit he didn't try to push us into buying something else we didn't want”
