“I visited the Hedge End store to purchase a recliner and possibly an arm chair. It was raining when I pulled up, I went to open my car door and a smiling Kim was there to greet me with an umbrella! Kim and Rob were fabulous, so knowledgeable, no pressure and answered all my questions. They sent me away with a full brochure and sample Swatch to measure up. Two days later I went bank with my daughter, I was delighted to see Rob and Kim again. They remembered me and welcomed me into the store. My daughter and I spent time sitting on chairs and discussing my options. Kim and Rob were super helpful when we had questions, they were not pushy at all. After sitting on a number of sofas (and having a wonderful coffee made by Rob) I left the store very happy with my order - 2 arm chairs, a recliner and a three seat sofa! So much more than I'd intended to buy but the quality is superb. Kim and Rob jade the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. I did not feel rushed and was under no pressure to buy. I'd highly recommend this company and in particular the Hedge End branch!”

“This Sainsbury is off junction 7 of the M27. I stopped to get fuel, and called into the store to buy sushi. Had a Quick Look at the TU ladies clothes section. This is one of the biggest superstore Sainsbury I’ve seen. Well worth a visit. Great Habitat section & Argos too.”

“The best lidl around. Several years ago used the Woolston Lidl for our weekly shop. Started using Whitely after it opened up and noticed a substantial improvement. Then when hedge end opened up switched again and noticed an improvement. Recently has been running out of eggs and milk but generally good stock, good changing facilities and loos and well staffed.”

“Really friendly efficient staff. My croissant was fresh and tasty. Coffee was well made - so many costa's can't get this right, either with stale pastries or watery coffees that having a good one was outstanding.”

“I like the whole store it's trendy and clean staff are helpful and there but a massive selection of sofas on display. Each sofa has many options of colours and fabrics. All with 0% finance options ( subject to status through Hitachi) a fine experience all round.”

“Now what I like about Wickes is you actually get served by a very member of staff who recognise customer service, not by a self service till like at B&Q where staff sit around and chat whilst you do their job for them. This is not the largest Wickes but it does what you want and you can always order in if you prefer.”

“Went in yesterday early morning as tyre was showing low air pressure and I plugged it in without checking it just for it to completely deflate the tyre so I went in and asked for help and the two lady’s was super helpful and friendly then one of them (didn’t catch a name) checked it and realised the cable was split so she got me the full refund as I tried paying a few times and got an electric pump from her car and pumped up our tyre back up and still even offered to pump up the other 3 in the freezing cold at 7am. Thank you again”

“We had our water softener fitted within 10 days of an initial enquiry. There was no hard sell but Marks professional manner and knowledge made for a simple decision. Mark arrived promptly and the softner was fitted quickly and efficiently. We saw a noticeable difference within a few days - the kettle and taps remained clean and shiny and the shower screen/tray was cleaned effortlessly. If yiu are thinking about having a softener fitted but aren't quite sure, this is an investment that I would highly recommend. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Mark.”
