The parts I'd ordered arrived quickly and were reasonably priced. In the event, there was minor glitch but the company worked hard on the matter and a workable solution was arrived at quickly enough. I'm impressed with the team and will be putting to the test again shortly.”

“I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”

I had a nice surprise because I was quoted for the work along with new drop links but on collection I was told the drop links were not needed which brought my bill down. “What an amazing chap Chris is! Cycling Lands End to John O’Groats & had a major problem with the gear shift mechanism. At very short notice, he found us on the route & managed to perform miracles!!! “Remember if you buy online also check their online carparts4less offering as it can be cheaper even though there is a day longer wait to collect, from the same store. As for the girl at the counter, always most helpful, knows her stuff on cars and the business. I had an issue with not finding a receipt for a refund last year for something my father bought wrong, and found it beyond their 60 day returns window, they were still able to process it. This kind of service ensures returning customers for life. Good stuff.”

“I found this store very helpful as I have recently quit smoking and have found vaping as grate substitute as I am very unaware of what's what as far as selection goes and what would suit me best.. the staff on sight are very helpful and definitely made my and and helped me to pick the right products from there wide range the cbd oil is very much on par! Within 15 mins he had replaced the burned wire and put in a new bulb for me! He was really friendly and helpful! I didn't catch his name but he honestly made my weekend! Will certainly be back!”

I didn’t get the name of the assistant who helped today (7/8/25 ~ 10:30am on the bike tills), but he went above and beyond to help with accessories for the bike and signing up for a care plan - even fitting the accessories so I was ready to ride home.”

“I was recently involved in a non fault accident. Luckily the person responsible admitted to what they done. Their insurer tasked KC Autos with repairing the damage. The boot lid was dented just under the reg plate. In less than a week the damage was repaired and if you didn't know what happened to it then you wouldn't even know. The work done is excellent and done to a very high standard. Each member of staff I've spoken to on the phone and the person who collected my car to complete the work have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated at every stage of the process. If it wasn't for the accident then I wouldn't have come across KC Autos but I'll definitely be considering them first should I ever need work doing to my car. Highly recommend this company. Thank you to all involved in repairing my car. You definitely deserve more than 5 stars because you've worked some magic to get my car back to the pre accident state.
